    Booking A Consultation:

How much will an online vet consultation cost?

The standard consultation price is Rs 499. This includes a video consultation with a certified veterinary doctor who will be selected based on his/her expertise with your pet's species and breed.

This also includes a free follow-up with the same doctor within one week of the consultation. You will also be getting flat 50% off on your first consult.

Please contact the support team if you have an issue with the price.

    Why is it not free?

Just like human doctors, veterinary doctors spend years in training to learn the skills necessary to take care of animals. We value their service and expertise without which our pets would have suffered more. An online consultation has price for the same reasons a physical consultation has a price - the majority of the amount is the consultation fees that goes to the doctor.

What time will the vets be available?

Currently we have doctors available from 7AM to midnight on all days of the week.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

You can cancel your appointment any time before your consultation starts. We will give you a full refund with no questions asked.
